David Ikutegbe – Founder and CEO, Mitel Engineering Services Limited


David Ikutegbe is a seasoned engineer and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry. Having held prominentroles at renowned organizations such as Chevron, Texaco, Julius Berger, and Niger Cat, David brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence in every project. An alumnus of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) in Warri,David’s technical background is complemented by his passion for continuous
learning and community service. After retiring, he pursued his interest in law and successfully completed the Nigerian Law School in 2024.


As a philanthropist and advocate for community development, David’s leadership at Mitel Engineering is grounded in integrity, innovation, and a dedication to improving infrastructure and the lives of those it serves.
